Opal C. Lokken,  B.Sc., LL.B. has been a lawyer practicing since 1989 in British Columbia.  She is a former co-chair and co-program director of the New Westminster Family Law Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association and remains a member of the Canadian Bar Association. She is a qualified mediator and practices family law.  

Karen Lally, LL.B. studied law in England and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2006. Following her call to the Bar, Karen practiced family law at South Point Law Centre until June, 2009. She then practiced insurance defence law as well as family law. Karen has recently returned to part-time practice in family law at South Point Law Centre. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and a program coordinator of the Westminster Family Law Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association. Karen is fluent in Punjabi and has appeared on radio, speaking about and answering questions on family law topics.

Khevinn Pacheco, LL.B. was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2007 after completing his articles in a law firm practicing criminal law. In July, 2007, he joined South Point Law Centre and commenced a family law practice. In 2008 he travelled to Calgary, worked and studied, and was called to the Alberta Bar. He returned to South Point Law Centre in 2009 to continue with his family law practice and establish a Wills and Estates practice. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Kirstin E. Menzies, B.Sc., LL.B. was called to the bar of British Columbia in August, 2007.  Since that time she has been practicing litigation, with an emphasis on family law.  Kirstin joined South Point Law Centre in October, 2008.  Prior to attending law school at UBC, Kirstin graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria with a degree in Psychology.  She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.

Chandan K. Sabharwal, B.A., LL.B. was called to the Bar of British Columbia in January, 2008. She is fluent in 3 languages: English, Punjabi and Hindi.  She practices family law and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.  She is actively involved in fundraising for the Canadian Diabetes Association.

Son Le, B.Sc., B.A., LL.B. was called to the Bar of British Columbia on May 2010.  He articled with the Community Legal Assistance Society, where he gained experience assisting disadvantaged people in the Greater Vancouver area.  He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association as well as the Access Pro Bono Society of British Columbia.  Son has a working proficiency in Vietnamese.  He joined South Point Law Centre in June, 2011, practicing primarily family law.

Rupinderjit (Pinder) K. Shoker, B.A., LL.B. joined South Point Law Centre as an articling student in June 2010.  She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in June, 2011.  Pinder received her LL.B. from the University of Calgary and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.  She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and is fluent in Punjabi.
